SEND AN IGBO GIRL DOLLARS AND SHE’LL MARRY YOU IN YOUR ABSENCE

Wonders shall never seize! Nigerian girls of nowadays don’t know where they are heading to. Most of them already have their knots loosed. But then, love was the basis of a relationship but now, it’s all about the money *sighs*

A friend I know attended an event recently in Abia state, Nigeria. An igbo traditional wedding and surprisingly, the groom was missing and all that portrayed his presence that day was a picture frame

Here is a picture of the bride and the picture frame of the groom

On seeing this, I was so curious to find out where the groom was and peeps were like he’s overseas that’s he’s been sending the girl dollars when he saw her picture and “voila” a wedding in the groom’s absence.

What type of wedding should this be called?

Pregnant Kim Kardashian Does New Year's Eve In A Sheer Dress

Now that we know Kim Kardashian is pregnant, what aggressively trendy outfits is she going to wear to shroud that baby bump? Sheer dresses, of course. Kim and her boyfriend, Kanye West, made their first public appearance since announcing their big news -- they're having a baby! -- on Monday night, attending a New Year's Eve bash at 1 OAK Las Vegas at The Mirage Hotel & Casino. The pair looked adorable as they kissed at midnight, but before they could let loose, they had to get down to business and walk that red carpet. And walk that red carpet they did. Kim did her thang in a sheer, netted Julien MacDonald dress with strategically-placed appliqués (with a possible nude layer underneath). She finished the look off with a Lanvin purse, Martin Katz jewels and Christian Louboutin heels, natch. The sheer sheath was a bold move for anyone carrying around a baby bump, even if it is just for 12 weeks. But we can probably expect more where that came from as Kim establishes her mom-to-be style -- we predict many sheer, cutout, leather, curve-hugging styles in this yummy mummy's future. See pics of Kim in her show-stopping dress. Think the look works for an expectant mom?
